Early Morning Potting

I've been burning the candle at both ends too much lately.

Things I am currently grateful for:
  • heat from the kiln in an otherwise heatless studio
  • cordless phone and headsets
  • liquid bandages
  • good coffee
  • audio books
  • This American Life Radio Archives
  • iPod, laptop and other technology to keep me from getting too lonely
  • good friends and family who call to chat while I'm working
  • a sister who brings food, help and her support
  • a very sweet hubby who is willing to put on his "mom hat" to help with homework, dishes, cooking, etc...
Pot on!

Cadet Blue Camping

This treasury is for all those who will be pitching tents and sleeping on the ground this weekend. :-) I used to be able sleep anywhere when I was a kid. Sadly, that's no longer the case. I'm becoming more and more in need of a comfortable bed as time passes. I will still camp - but, I need one of those big blow up matresses.

I like the idea of the tumbler set for camping. Great for coffee, tea, wine or other beverages. Sturdy and a lot nicer than a paper cup!

And for those of you staying home this weekend, perhaps you can do some sushi take out and heat up some sake in the cadet blue sake set featured below.
