Hit and Miss

I've been trying out new glaze combinations lately.  Sometimes I get a hit and sometimes I get a miss.  This last kiln load, I had both. 

I'm loving the results with the blue and green combo of the pot on the left and not really loving the other green and violet results of the pot on the right.  I'm thinking a thicker outer layer might yield better results.  Looking for a hit.
